Our Process

All knives are hand-edged on a water-cooled grindstone as precision honing are fundamental to our process. After careful evaluation, each blade is refinished with a durable precision edge. The finished edge is durable and truly razor sharp. Broken tips and chips are no problem at all.

Cheap knives are actually often made of quality steel, but they were sharpened by machine and not by hand and therefore cost less to make. As an example, some of IKEA's series of knives were manufactured in the same factory as high-end knives that retail at $100+, and they are even made from the very same steel! In other words, any knife has tons of potential – but you have to know how to bring it out.

Curbside Pick-Up and Delivery Service

We are pleased to offer a complimentary pick-up and delivery service for your cutlery. Currently, this service is available in the Boroughs of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

Service Schedule:

  • Manhattan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Brooklyn and Queens: Tuesday and Thursday

To take advantage of our free curbside pick-up and delivery, a minimum of five knives per order is required.
